1. Who we are

Cuply is a trade name of Cieraad Legacy Group, located at Oosteind 26, 5161MJ Sprang-Capelle, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 97613150.

2. Your data

We only collect what is needed: your email address to log in, and your name and delivery address when you place an order. Designs you save are stored in your account. We don't keep anything longer than necessary, and order data is retained in accordance with legal requirements.

3. Third parties

We do not share your data with third parties, except what is necessary to process and deliver your order.

4. Your rights

Want to view, update, or delete your data? Send an email to info@cuply.nl and we'll take care of it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

5. Cookies

Our website always measures usage anonymously: without cookies and without stored identifiers. Every page view is a fresh anonymous session that cannot be linked to any other, and IP addresses are not stored. For that measurement, the only thing we keep on your device without your consent is your cookie choice itself, stored under the name cuply_cookie_consent. Separately, the site keeps functional data on your device that it needs in order to work, such as your cart, your design in the designer, your language choice and your login session. That data is independent of your cookie choice and is not used to measure you. If you accept cookies, we set analytics cookies: with those we link your visits together and record sessions to improve the site. Accepting starts with a fresh identifier: what we measured anonymously before your choice is not attached to it. If you place an order, we record that order together with that checkout visit. Prefer not to be measured at all? Enable 'Do Not Track' in your browser and we switch off the anonymous measurement too. You can adjust your preferences via the cookie banner.
